HOT FOR SCARLETT

Scarlett Johansson has proved that the road to Hollywood success could lead through the iTunes store, the Broadway stage, or an ad for Dolce & Gabbana. She's drawn the blueprint for the 21st century starlet in her own image.

We've always kind of liked Scarlett. She has that street smart New York savvy that reminds us of tougher actresses from a different era, like Lauren Bacall. Plus, we loved her for being an open party girl and a bit of a self-described ho when she first hit it big. We can all wag our fingers, but if you were rich, 21, and looked like she did, you'd have regretted it the rest of your life if you didn't have a little fun. She had exactly the right attitude and in the the end, she married the guy with the hottest body in Hollywood, so who's to say she did it wrong? We haven't like every movie she's ever done, but considering how young she is, she has a pretty damn good resume.

As for the pictures, they're pretty enough. She's got the same open-mouthed expression she always has when she poses, which is a shame because her face transforms itself when she smiles. She's no model, but then again, she'd probably be the first to admit that. Love the luxurious Breck Girl hair, though.
